When will my order be printed and shipped?

Your custom order is shipped with UPS Mail Innovations and delivered by UPS or the USPS. The shipping method used is listed below and includes production and transit time:

  • Standard delivery estimated in 13-18 business days*
  • Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will take longer than the typical mainland transit times and are estimated to be delivered within 18-23 business days. Delivery times are not guaranteed.

*Shipping Notice: Due to increased demand, shipping estimates may be increased from our standard 13-18 business days. We cannot guarantee the arrival date of orders made through gfx custom shops. 

What can be customized?
There are aspects of each design that can be customized; we have provided a brief description below of how each design works. Please contact us at support@gfx.shop if you have any questions during the customization process - we are happy to help! 

Some basics of the design process:
Zoom - Click/tap on zoom to get a look at your design up close! This is helpful when using stickers to make sure they are placed exactly where you’d like them to be.
Color - Tap/click to show the available colors for a particular garment.
Flip - This will flip the shirt from front to back and vice versa if there is the capability to customize both sides of the garment.

What printing method is used to print these products?
DTG printing. Direct to Garment printing allows for 1 of 1 garments to be made at an affordable cost. There are some differences between screen printing and DTG Printing. It’s important to be mindful that when you create your designs you are viewing them on a backlit display that will show high vibrancy. Your print may not look exactly as submitted as there is a variance between what you see on a display and what it will look like when printed on a garment. 

When you receive your print you may notice that your garment has a faint odor or light staining when it arrives. This can be a normal occurrence for DTG printing and is no cause for concern. Both the scent and possible discoloration should be resolved after your first wash. The pretreatment of the garments is a necessary part of the DTG printing process and it ensures that your print adheres to the garment properly. Refunds/returns will not be issued for this as it is part of the production process and cannot be avoided.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Please check your order for accuracy before submitting. In an effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible, we begin creating it as soon as your order is submitted. Orders cannot be changed or canceled as they are immediately sent to production.

How can I track my order?
You will receive an order confirmation via email upon placing your order. Once your order is printed & packed, you will receive a second email that includes a tracking number with a link so you can follow the delivery status of the package.

Wash & Care Recommendations:
Your DTG printed apparel can be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. You shouldn't use any fabric softeners or dry-clean the items. The apparel can be tumble-dried on a low cycle, but hang-dry works best. When it comes to ironing, use cool iron inside-out. Don't iron the print.

Follow these instructions carefully to avoid fading and cracking of the print, and shrinking the garment that can occur if you wash or dry it on a high setting.

We are not responsible for any damages to any merchandise after the item has been worn or washed.

Return Policy:
All items are final sale. Due to the custom nature of these products, we are unable to accept returns for refunds/offer exchanges.

Order & Delivery Issues:
If there are any issues with your order, you have 30 days from the date of shipment to contact our team to address your concerns. 

Kindly note that we are not responsible for designs, sizes, or addresses that are submitted incorrectly/incompletely.

If the shipment requires additional shipping fees because of bad or insufficient information, it is the responsibility of the consumer.
