What can be customized?

What printing method is used to print these products?

DTG printing. Direct to Garment printing allows for 1 of 1 garments to be made at an affordable cost. There are some differences between screen printing and DTG Printing. It’s important to be mindful that when you create your designs you are viewing them on a backlit display that will show high vibrancy. Your print may not look exactly as submitted as there is a variance between what you see on a display and what it will look like when printed on a garment. 

When you receive your print you may notice that your garment has a faint odor or light staining when it arrives. This can be a normal occurrence for DTG printing and is no cause for concern. Both the scent and possible discoloration should be resolved after your first wash. The pretreatment of the garments is a necessary part of the DTG printing process and it ensures that your print adheres to the garment properly. Refunds/returns will not be issued for this as it is part of the production process and cannot be avoided.

Can I change or cancel my order?

In an effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible, we begin creating it as soon as your order is submitted. Orders cannot be changed or canceled as they are immediately sent to production. Please check your order for accuracy before submitting. 

When will my order be printed and shipped?

Production is typically completed within 2-5 business days. When your order is shipped, the delivery dates depend on your selection during checkout. Our delivery methods are listed below and include production and shipping time:

  • Standard delivery estimated in 8-10 business days
  • Preferred delivery estimated in 4-8 business days
  • Rush delivery estimated in 3-6 business days

Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will take longer than the typical mainland transit times and are estimated to be delivered within 12-15 business days. Delivery times are not guaranteed.

Shipments to Canada estimated to be delivered within 12-15 business days. Shipping cost $15.00, plus 26.5% of order total for duties and taxes.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an order confirmation via email upon placing your order. Once your order is printed & packed, you will receive a second email that includes a tracking number with a link so you can follow the delivery status of the package.

Order & Delivery Issues:

If there are any issues with your order, you have 30 days from the date of shipment to contact our team to address your concerns. Kindly note that we are not responsible for any damages to any merchandise once the item has been worn or washed.

Risk Of Loss

Please ensure that the information you have provided at checkout is correct before completing your purchase. All purchases from The M Den Custom Shop are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. If you have not received your package or have any questions regarding the delivery please contact the carrier. 

Why does this site look and operate differently than MDen.com?

The M Den Custom Shop is a micro-site of MDen.com. The platform of this site is a bit different due to the programming complexities of the custom shirt technology. We hope to have this fully integrated into MDen.com soon but to offer this unique custom and personalized collegiate clothing experience we opened this micro-site.

Can I use M Den gift cards on this microsite?
